Since leaving the United States Marine Corps (USMC) as Gunnery Sergeant Richard in 2008, Ryan Richard has been a serial entrepreneur. He utilizes the skills, talents, and abilities learned while serving in the Marine Corps to lead and oversee the daily activities of several companies. With the support of his family, friends, business partners, and dedicated staff, each of the businesses has experienced exceptional growth. Shred America has become the fastest growing information destruction company in the U.S. with physical locations in the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Pennsylvania, & Colorado. Ryan also helps manage the Shred America National Partner Network providing national NAID Certified destruction services to all 50 states and to the hundreds of Shred America national accounts. In 2023, He was named by the Charlotte Business Journal as one the “50 most admired CEO’s in the region”. Ray Barry is Co-Owner and President at Shred America. He is also well known as the Dean and founder of Shred School, a popular industry training course that contributed to the success of many of the well-known secured destruction and information management companies around the globe.

Prior to his current role as a Partner at Shred America, Barry worked in sales leadership
positions for national and international secure destruction companies, trained industry professionals at more than 600 companies (over 1,500 industry professionals), and served as NAID President, Secretary, and Director and spent 2 years as NAID Deputy Executive Director. He has also been a presenter at NAID Global Conferences the past 18 years including conferences in Australia, Belgium, Italy, the United Kingdom, and here in the U.S.. He also was
a recipient of the 2017 NAID President’s Award for his contribution to the entire information destruction industry in his career.

He is referred to as “The Dean” of the information destruction industry. He is also creator of the highly acclaimed “Music to Shred to Vol 1 & 2”and shares vocals with Shred America Texas Managing partner Jason McCray, which is the Shred America

Ray is a proud graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC and resides in Spartanburg, SC with his much better-looking wife Christy, and his son Corey (26), and daughter Ella Grace (22).In his free time, he enjoys music, watching college football (Go Irish), comedy, playing basketball, and travelling with his family.

As VP of Finance at Shred America, Billie Rabalais-Touchet brings over 35 years of experience in finance and management.  She leads a dynamic team responsible for the company's financial health. Billie enjoys working alongside her family.

In her spare time, Billie enjoys antiquing, decorating, reading and time spent with her grandchildren.

Brannon has a unique way of exceling in challenging situations. 

From 2001 until 2005 he served in Special Operations completing multiple combat tours earning the Combat Infantry Badge and graduating from the Ranger Indoctrination Program,  Ranger School, and Airborne School. After separation from the Army, he earned a BSBA and a MBA; served as the Digital Marketing Committee Chair for the American Marketing Association, Rowan Cabarrus Community College Small Business Counselor, Downtown Salisbury Incorporated Restructuring Committee, Country Club of Salisbury Board of Directors Membership Development Chair and other committees within the Charlotte and Salisbury communities.

In his spare time Brannon enjoys making his girls laugh, traveling, spending time with friends, playing golf, touring the United States on his motorcycle, reading, and seeking opportunities to be involved in the community. 

Bobby has proudly been a part of the Shred America family since 2019. Over the years, he's worn many hats within the company, beginning his journey as the very first driver in Florida. Today, he is honored to serve as the Vice President of Operations, a role that fills him with immense pride. Shred America is not just a workplace; it’s a community that truly values its employees, and he is grateful to be part of such an amazing, Veteran-owned company.

Originally, Bobby hails from New York, but he spent the majority of his life in the sunny and vibrant town of Jupiter, Florida. Recently, him and his family have made Simpsonville, South Carolina, their home.

When Bobby is not immersed in his professional responsibilities, he cherishes spending quality time with his wife and his three wonderful children. One of their favorite pastimes is going on cruises. Bobby believes there’s something incredibly refreshing about exploring new destinations together, creating unforgettable memories on the open sea.

In addition to his love for family adventures, he is an avid sports enthusiast. Baseball, in particular, holds a special place in his heart. Whether it’s catching a live game or watching from the comfort of his home, he finds immense joy in the sport’s strategy, excitement, and camaraderie.

Bobby's journey with Shred America has been nothing short of remarkable. From his early days as a driver to his current role as VP of Operations, he has witnessed and contributed to the company’s growth and success. Brandon is a native of Fort Mill, SC where Shred America is headquartered.  With a 20 year career in business development within the document management industry, his mission is to provide the highest level of support, realistic solutions and candid professionalism by assisting new and existing clientele with their needs.  As a University of South Carolina Alumni, he is an avid Gamecock supporter!  Working for a Veteran owned company is near and dear to him as his father is also a Marine.  Brandon's love in life is his family - his wife Stacey Dawn and two daughters Mattie Suzanne and Ava Reese.  Brandon enjoys playing golf, watching college football and continuing to make people laugh by bringing joy to others.

Jason McCray's career has been multifaceted, where he has specialized in different fields and professions while achieving excellence in all.

Jason was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas.  Shortly after attending college at Midwestern State University, he entered the PGA's Golf Professional Training Program (GPTP) in 1999.  He served as Head Golf Professional at Wind Creek Golf Course , Sheppard Air Force Base until 2001, then Head Golf Professional at Weeks Park Golf Course until 2005.  From 2005 - 2008, he served as 1st Assistant Golf Professional at the prestigious Las Colinas Country Club, in Irving, Texas where he was recognized in 2007 as one of the top golf instructors in CCA within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  In April 2008, Jason joined the information destruction industry where he worked as Vice President of Operations for a start-up company that ultimately was acquired by Stericycle/Shred-It in 2018.  He currently serves as the Managing Partner for the North Texas location of Shred America.  Jason co-owns two other companies with his wife Dena of 25 years; Stripe King DFW, a pavement marking company and Sports King of Texas, a construction company certified by the American Sports Builders Association.  Also, a lifelong musician born into a musical family, Jason has performed in a number of bands on drums and vocals spanning many genres including rock, country, blues and progressive rock.  In 2024, he shared vocal duties on Shred America's "Music to Shred To Vol II" alongside company President, Ray Barry.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with Dena and his sons, Ian and Hayden, continued music studies, saltwater reef keeping, reading and continuing education through the University of Oklahoma.

Dustin tends to take the more challenging paths. He decided to serve our country, and never looked at any other branch other than the United States Marine Corps. Dustin had a successful 13 year career, where he consistently outperformed his peers, leading him to be fast tracked for proportions, and provided multiple advanced job opportunities.

After his military service, Dustin earned a BSBA degree while raising 2 great kids and starting a new career in aviation manufacturing.

In his down time, Dustin likes to unwind by racing ATV’s and spending time camping with family and friends.  

As West Coast Operations Manager at Shred America, Carl Touchet oversees the day-to-day business operations for Louisiana, Texas, Colorado and Kansas City locations.  He works closely with Route Managers at all locations to ensure daily operations and routing runs smoothly. He focuses on customer satisfaction and productivity.

Carl likes to spend Sunday afternoons cruising in his 1970 GTO, watching the Saints play  and spending time with his grandchildren.

Bruce was born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN before becoming a transplant to South Carolina in 2003. He still melts in the summer heat every year, but has come to love living in Upstate South Carolina with his wife and two kids. Prior to joining Shred America, Bruce spent several years learning South Carolina geography through his work in other route-based service industry jobs. Combining that experience with his time running daily routes for Shred America, he currently oversees Operations for the Shred America branches located east of the Mississippi. 

Kiley has been a part of the Shred America team since 2021, starting her employment at 17 years old as a document scanner. Over the years, her dedication and passion have allowed her to serve in her role as Director of Marketing. In this position, she oversees Shred America's Drop and Shred Program, develops email campaigns, and manages website development.

Kiley enjoys working alongside the team to convey Shred America’s core mission of providing national service with a personalized, local approach to both existing and potential clients. She is set to graduate from the University of South Carolina in December 2024 with a degree in Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management.

Her work with Shred America carries personal significance—Kiley's father served in the US Marine Corps, and her fiancé is currently Active Duty in the Army, making her proud to contribute to a veteran-owned organization.

Outside of work, Kiley enjoys spending time with her fiancé and parents, putting way too many items in her Amazon cart, and watching LSU and USC football. Geaux Tigers and go Gamecocks! 

Ella Grace is from Spartanburg, SC and is a recent graduate from Clemson University, where she majored in marketing with a minor in Spanish. Ella Grace handles all things social media, and also helps manage smaller accounts. She has been working for Shred America since August of 2024. She resides in Spartanburg with her mother and father, Ray and Christy Barry, brother, Corey, and beloved dog and cat, Gigi and Archie. In her free time, she loves reading, going on walks with her dog, hanging out with friends in downtown Spartanburg, and watching true crime documentaries.

Christina has been a proud member of the Shred America family for just over two years. Her journey with the company began in our document scanning department, but her role has since evolved, allowing her to wear many hats. Today, she is involved in record storage, billing, collections, and anything related to account receivables.

Originally from Miami, she has spent most of my life in the beautiful town of Jupiter, Florida. In 2020, her family moved to Simpsonville, South Carolina.

Family is at the core of her life. She is happily married and blessed with three amazing children who mean the world to her. When she is  not immersed in her work, you can often find her cheering on her son as he plays collegiate baseball, accompanying her daughter at the barn where she loves to ride her horse, or finding any excuse to visit her oldest son at Clemson University.

Working at Shred America has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The diverse responsibilities and the dynamic nature of her role keep her engaged and motivated every day. She is grateful for the opportunities she has had to grow within the company and for the supportive environment that Shred America provides to their employees.

Amy is our Human Resources Director/Payroll Specialist.  She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education as well as a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Geaux Cajuns!!  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to dance.  She also loves traveling all over the country seeing Garth Brooks.  She has currently attended 29 Garth Brooks concerts and is not done yet!

Corey Daley serves as the Director of Route Optimization for Shred America, where he is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining service routes across the company's markets. Originally from New York, Corey brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence that he has carried throughout his career. Outside of work, Corey values quality time with his wife and their four children, and he’s often found on the softball field pursuing his passion for the sport. A loyal New York Yankees fan, Corey enthusiastically supports his team, bringing the same energy and dedication to his personal interests as he does to his role at Shred America.

Michael Roberts is the Director of Fleet and Facilities at Shred America and proudly hails from Cortland, Ohio. As the company’s first employee, he has had a front-row seat to Shred America's growth and success. Michael's dedication and expertise have been instrumental in building and managing the company’s fleet and facilities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Michael is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys both playing and watching various sports, with a special passion for cheering on his hometown team, the Cleveland Guardians. His commitment to Shred America and his love for sports reflect his strong sense of loyalty and team spirit in all areas of his life.

Tim Kelso has been with Shred America since 2021. He started as a "floating" driver, covering routes when drivers were out of office. Through this role, he was able to travel to each of our offices and meet everyone in the company. With this experience, he gained vast knowledge about company operations and was able to move out to Texas and take over as operations manager near Dallas, Texas. Kelso loves working at Shred America due to the family atmosphere and flexibility. 

Tony has been in the Record Storage/Shredding industry since 2011. He started working for a hospital imaging company, storing records in Naples, Florida in 2011. He then moved to Greenville, South Carolina in 2016 and has been in charge of all record storage, and the Carolinas route manager for Shred America. In his spare time, Tony enjoys golfing and spending time with his family; especially watching his 2 granddaughters playing their different sports that they are involved in.

Justin "Juice" Campbell is the Central/Eastern Carolina Route Manager for Shred America, where he dedicates himself to excellence and service. Hailing from Greensboro, NC, Justin is deeply committed to his role, balancing his professional dedication with a strong love for his family and faith. A proud father, he treasures time spent with his son and considers fatherhood one of his greatest joys. Outside of work, Justin finds joy in travel, exploring new places, and cheering on his beloved North Carolina Tar Heels. His values and passion are evident both in his career and in his personal life, making him an inspiring and grounded leader.

Christopher serves as Shred America's route manager of the Louisiana, Houston, and Pensacola regions. With many years of warehouse management and customer service under his belt, he utilizes his operations experience to ensure that both our customers and our drivers are treated with the care and respect that they deserve. There are a lot of moving parts, and Christopher sees to it that on every front, the Shred America quality shines through.

Brian Brandal hails from Liverpool, New York, and relocated to York, SC, in 2021. Passionate about outdoor activities, Brian enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing. His journey with Shred America began in 2022 as a Customer Service Representative (driver), and he was promoted to Route Manager in 2023. Brian appreciates working at Shred America due to its status as a veteran-owned company that emphasizes customer service, loyalty, and a strong family-oriented culture.

Troy serves as one of our National Sales Managers, bringing a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in the U.S. Army, where he retired as a First Sergeant after nearly 21 years of service. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems during his time in the military. Outside of work, Troy is passionate about sports, outdoor activities, and building meaningful relationships. He values spending quality time with family and friends. 

Chelsey is an integral part of our national operations team.

Luke Ptacek has been on the Shred America team since 2022. As a Regional Account Executive, he specializes in cultivating meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients. He is dedicated to identifying and resolving issues while providing ongoing support to ensure customers receive exceptional service. Outside of the office, he's a family man who enjoys reading, making music, and playing with his daughter.

Adam Harrelson is a dedicated Regional Accounts Manager at Shred America, bringing over seven years of experience in the shredding industry. Born and raised in Duncan, SC, Adam has a deep appreciation for his roots and has built a strong rapport with clients across his region. Adam goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service and build lasting partnerships.

Outside of work, Adam is a true sports fanatic who enjoys staying active and cheering on his favorite teams. Engaged and a proud father to his 5-year-old son, Adam balances his career with family life, finding joy in spending time with his loved ones and sharing his passion for sports. His dedication to his profession and his family makes Adam a respected and well-rounded member of the Shred America team.

Lou Schultz joined Shred America in 2022 and has been an integral part of the team, bringing dedication and a strong work ethic to each role he’s held. Starting as a driver, he quickly advanced to Louisiana Route Manager. He now serves as a Regional Account Manager, where he excels in building client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

Outside of work, Lou enjoys cooking for his family, spending time fishing, and cheering on his favorite college football teams. Weekends are often dedicated to exploring local restaurants with his wife and two daughters, making memories over great meals. Lou's commitment to family and his passion for service make him a valued member of the Shred America team.

Karen Simon is the Billing Manager and has been employed with Shred America since 2019. She is located in our Corporate office in Louisiana. Karen specializes in billing National and Corporate Customers as well as assisting customers with billing questions and concerns. In Karen's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping & hunting. 

As the A/R Manager, Cindy is responsible for managing incoming payments and ensuring that the company receives payment for services. Cindy records and processes incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies, communicating with customers regarding their accounts and resolving any billing issues. Cindy keeps accurate records of all transactions and maintain the accounts receivable ledger. Cindy has been with Shred America for 4 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, grandbabies, gardening and traveling back roads. 

Toni Cantey is the Administrative Assistant in our Louisiana corporate office.  She has been with Shred America since 2023.  Toni specializes in:  Accounts Receivable, Data Entry, and Customer Service. In Toni's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and going to the movies. 

Gigi is an English Field Cocker from Spartanburg, SC. Gigi resides with her father, Ray Barry (President), her mother, Christy Barry, her sister, Ella Grace, her brother, Corey, and her best friend, Archie, the cat. Gigi enjoys greeting everyone in the Duncan, SC office, playing ball, and chewing on bones. Gigi loves Shred America, and she is the best and cutest mascot!
